Wikis e Blokis
KnowledgeBoard:
Will Wikis be useful in KM? Well, our KM Summer School organisers have already implemented a Wiki to create content based around this year's summer school in September. It will be interesting to see the results from this innovative exercise. But if the openess of this system makes you shy away from Wikis, then maybe Blokis are more your bag. A Bloki is a hybrid of a Blog and a Wikki which combines the ease of publishing a Blog and the collaboration of a Wiki.
A Bloki allows you to "collaborate on shared documents, write a document and have others mark it up with their comments, or collaborate with others on the same document. You control who sees what and who gets to change your pages." It's early days for Blokis as the system is only in its Beta phase but it's a step in the right direction. Will these systems help us with Knowledge Exchange and Management? It's too soon to tell but we may be seeing the birth of solutions that will finally meet our needs. Then the challenge will be to get people to actively use them - and that's another issue altogether.
Helen Baxter, que escreveu o acima, já me mandou um email pedindo para contar como transformamos o wiki do metafora em uma ferramenta de produção de projetos colaborativos. Ainda não escrevi o case. Alguém aàme ajuda?
